Distributed Optimal Conservation Voltage Reduction in Integrated Primary-Secondary Distribution Systems

چکیده
This paper proposes an asynchronous distributed leader-follower control method to achieve conservation voltage reduction (CVR) in three-phase unbalanced distribution systems by optimally scheduling smart inverters of energy resources (DERs). One feature the proposed is consider integrated primary-secondary networks and dependent loads. To ease computational complexity introduced large number secondary networks, we partition a system into zones based on network connectivity. address non-convexity from nonlinear power flow load models, feedback-based linear approximation using instantaneous measurements proposed. enables online implementation fast tracking variations led DERs. Another implementations controllers, which makes it compatible with non-uniform update rates robust against communication delays failures. Numerical tests are performed real feeder Midwest U. S. validate effectiveness robustness method.
